User Agreement

Welcome to DevEase AI! This User Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Nimble Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "the Company," or "DevEase AI") regarding your use of the DevEase AI software and related services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Please carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement before using the Service, especially the clauses that exclude or limit liability.

I. Effectiveness and Applicability of the Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective on the date you click to agree or actually use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please do not use the Service. This Agreement applies to all software and services provided by DevEase AI, as well as related updates and upgrade versions.

II. Service Content

DevEase AI is an AI-assisted code development tool with main features including: code analysis, code refactoring suggestions, test case generation, code explanation, etc. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

III. User Rights and Obligations

You are entitled to use the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You shall ensure that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations and shall not use the Service for any illegal purposes. You agree to be responsible for all activities under your account and to properly safeguard your account information.

IV. Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password. You shall take reasonable measures to protect your account security, including but not limited to using strong passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not saving login information on public devices. If you discover that your account has been compromised, you must notify the Company immediately.

V. User Conduct Guidelines

When using the Service, you must not: upload illegal or harmful information; attack or interfere with the normal operation of the platform; infringe upon others' intellectual property rights; engage in any illegal or regulatory activities. The Company has the right to take restrictive measures against accounts that violate these guidelines.

VI. Points Rules and Rewards

The platform has a points system. Users can obtain points through purchase, activity rewards, and other methods. Points can be used to redeem platform services. Points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will expire after that time. Points cannot be transferred or cashed out.

VII. Intellectual Property

The software, interface design, text, images, trademarks, and other elements of the platform are owned by the Company or relevant rights holders. Users retain intellectual property rights to content generated during use of the Service, but grant the Company the right to use, store, and transmit such content to provide the Service.

VIII. Service Changes, Interruption, or Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time. The Company may terminate providing the Service to you in the following circumstances: (1) you violate this Agreement; (2) you provide false registration information; (3) you abuse or maliciously use the platform services; (4) the Service cannot continue due to force majeure.

IX. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The Company shall not be liable for the following: force majeure; network failures; improper user operation; losses caused by third-party actions; accuracy and applicability of AI-generated content.

X. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If consultation fails, either party may apply for arbitration to the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration location shall be in Delaware, USA. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States.

XI. Agreement Updates

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement based on business needs and changes in laws and regulations. The amended Agreement will be published on the platform and will become effective upon publication. If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, please stop using the Service.
